“We are a small privately owned Long Day Care with about 14 educators, we decided to look into some Team Building opportunities for our centre to help strengthen our team. We spoke to Andrew from M^cArthur who developed a program to support our needs and help bring our team together. Andrew listened to what we were saying and used all our information to develop what both management and educators thought to be an amazing experience. Our team has never worked so well, communication between all educators and management is great and the team is now working together better than ever.  Their confidence has grown and the relationships are stronger. This has been a fantastic experience for our team and for management to understand where our strengths and needs are to help further support our educators to grow stronger and make our team even better. We will definitely continue to gain support for our Team by using M^cArthur.”
