Rebecca specialises in advising in Talent Management, Change Management, Performance, Cultural/Engagement, Remuneration and Structural Reviews, Psychometric Testing and Generalist Human Resources.
Outsourced HR
Rebecca has provided full outsourced HR services for a Local Government Association, following a culture survey where key areas were identified and a one year plan was developed to address the issues that had arisen from the review. Rebecca managed the implementation of this plan whilst also ensuring that the day to day operational HR services were effectively delivered. These included recruitment, development of employment terms and conditions, performance reviews, policy development and review, training and development planning, structural reviews, remuneration reviews, leadership development, coaching, mediation, conflict and complaint management, team building, inductions and exit interviews.
Performance and Remuneration Reviews
Over the last 2 years Rebecca has facilitated more than 25 CEO Performance and Remuneration reviews. As each Council had unique requirements, Rebecca was able to tailor the process to meet those requirements whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Online Performance Management Tool
Rebecca also provides a variety of clients with the implementation of organisation wide online performance management utilising McArthur's proprietary technology Salmac21. She does not only provide the tool but helps develop a robust and constructive process to ensure consistency in performance reviews. She has also helped organisations develop a remuneration, reward and recognition policy and procedure that are directly linked to the outcomes of the performance review.

PAST EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining McArthur Rebecca was a People Consultant in a Big 4 Professional Services Firm, providing generalist HR services and specialised training and development to all divisions of the organisation. Rebecca has also worked within State Government and locally and interstate for a Global Commercial Firm.
She has extensive experience gained in the UK and USA providing a unique depth of experience and global insight. Rebecca is passionate about people, performance and culture and is a committed HR professional.
